Singaporean workers: make sure you’re the “right stuff”

As of today, it's legal for Singaporean companies to require candidates to include their age, gender, race and marital status on their applications. Surprisingly, a company in Singapore even demanded certification of tubal ligation from married women as a condition for employment. A backlash to recent discrimination cases have stirred the government to action, and they're promising reforms.
