We believe in treating people fairly and honestly, and ask the same in return. Towards these ends we offer a 90-day limited warranty on our products.
LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY
Happy Worker warrants that its products will be free from workmanship or material defects based upon normal usage during the time of the warranty period, or 90 days from date of purchase. During the warranty period Happy Worker will replace the product with a new or repaired unit, without charge, or will refund the purchase price.
This warranty is invalid if the product has been subjected to an accident, misuse or abuse, or has been previously altered, repaired or serviced by anyone other than Happy Worker.
The product must be shipped prepaid to Happy Worker, either in the original package or in a similar package providing an equal degree of protection.

Please include a written description of the defect, a copy of the sales receipt (or other proof of purchase containing date of purchase) and your name, address, telephone number and email address.
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties made by Happy Worker in connection with the product, including warranty of merchantability, are limited in duration to a period of 90 days from the original purchase. Should the product prove defective in workmanship and material, the consumer's sole remedy shall be repair, replacement or refund of the product as provided above, and under no circumstances shall Happy Worker be liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the product.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty is only valid within Canada and the United States.
