And custom stress balls and custom stress toys make terrific office friendly gifts, promotional premiums and desktop mementos.

Happy Worker is a unique toy and gift manufacturer. We help companies, brands, agencies and organizations create original custom stress balls. But not just any “old” stress balls…

The custom stress relievers and custom stress balls we make stand out for their innovative designs and retail quality. We strategically design and produce each order of custom stress balls so they become lasting brand collectibles and treasured desk keepsakes.

Timelines
Custom Stress Balls Creation-to-Delivery

Creating and delivering new custom stress relievers takes between 18 and 20 weeks from initial concept through to great toy delivery. This schedule includes custom stress ball design, prototyping, fabrication and freight.

Each order of custom stress relievers that Happy Worker makes follows our step-by-step custom toy development and manufacturing process. We move to each next step when we get all the details right in the current step.

We are able to work within deadlines, and can offer a committed stress reliever delivery date as soon as the pre-production prototype is approved.

Custom Stress Balls Ideal Order Sizes

We put a lot of design brain time, passion and perfectionism into each new custom stress reliever creation.  Because of this we prefer to work on stress toy projects of 5,000+ custom stress relievers. We can readily support projects ranging in the hundreds of thousands and millions of stress toys & custom stress balls.

Orders less than 5,000 stress relievers…
Please note that we put the same effort and happy perfectionism into each customized stress reliever regardless of the project size. As a result, for smaller projects, “start-up” creative and pre-production investments such as design, prototyping and molds will represent a larger percentage of per-toy pricing when spread over a smaller number of stress toys.

If you are planning a smaller number of custom stress toys, possibly as an initial “test” order, you are welcome to contact us and together we can decide if there is a fit with the project. Unfortunately we are not able to help with orders of fewer than 2,500 custom stress relievers.

 

Pricing
Custom Stress Balls Setup & Per-Unit

Pricing varies on the stress ball’s size, complexity of design & painting, packaging, and the number of stress toys created at a time.  Most stress toys we fabricate are priced at wholesale prices - typically half of what the stress ball’s suggested retail price would be if they were sold at retail stores.

• Per-unit Pricing
  

  Most hand-held custom stress balls range between $1.50/ea and $2.80/ea in quantities of 5,000 stress toys, or less in the tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of stress balls.

• One-time “Start-up”
  

  Creative and pre-production investments such as design, prototyping and molds are on top of the per-unit pricing, and often range between $1,750 - $2,500 per design depending on complexity.

• We Design to Budgets
  

  Happy Worker invents and designs custom stress balls from scratch. We work backwards from budget targets and program goals to create and manufacture the best stress toys for each project.
